How Brands Configure their ConsentBoxes.

Want to see how a ConsentBox is configured?

Super simple! Let’s use the Loyalty page demo
Click on “Loyalty page” on Consentplace’s homepage…

…or simply click on this link to arrive here:

In this demo, an imaginary brand, BrandX, offers electric vehicles (EV).

The ConsentBox Configuration is done via a shared document between the Brand and ConsentPlace.

Step1: AI Training: The Corpus.

The Corpus is all the documents used to trained the AI. It can be domains, web pages, PDF, .doc, .txt, etc…

In this demo, you can notice:
The domain itself, an industry reference, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, a document written (by AI, of course) to describe this imaginary brand and a listing of existing Electric Vehicles so users can compare BrandX with the market.

To be noticed:

1/ Texts in image
Yes! We do understand and index text in an image. Here a Facebook screenshot, the text is understood and indexed…

… and when a user asks the ConsentBox a question related to this text, the ConsentBox answers correctly:

See previous post for more details here.

2/ Image description
Yes again! Our AI do create image description and index it so the ConsentBox user asks questions about a car in this example:

3/ Corpus Updates
Of course, a Corpus must be alive. Your docs, pages etc… must be updated in your ConsentBoxes. Simply change those lines, update, remove, add and once a week your ConsentBox will be updated.

Of course, we can force those updates, more often or for an emergency!

4/ Multiple languages
Yes, Si, Oui… Whatever is the language used in your Corpus, the ConsentBox is able to index and answer in any major language spoken by the User.

Step2: The Constraints: Banned Topics.

To NOT expose the Brand to risky exchanges, the ConsentBox manages topics it does not want to be involved with like for this demo:

Bomb and War are matters, then someone (for demo purposes only, of course) and a prompt.

This way the Brand is not at risk. And here as well, changes can be made and the ConsentBox gets updated.

Step3. The Brand-User Experience: The UX.

As important as the first 2 steps, here we’ll define the Exchange and the goal the ConsentBox wants to achieve.

Here too, changes can be made anytime and updates can be programmed or forced.

The Onboarding is the sign up process tailored to the Brand including… User’s Explicit Consent!

Explicit Consent is always visible, clickable:
Total respect to Users.

Once configured your ConsentBox is ready to be embedded!

It’s a simple html line:

<iframe src=”https://consentplace.com/en/embed/demo” style=”border:0px none rgb(255, 255, 255);max-width:100%;max-height:350px” name=”ConsentBox” height=”400px” width=”600px” allowFullScreen=””></iframe>
