How Brands create/maintain ConvoBoxes.

For each ConvoBox, we share with the concerned Brand a document with 3 tabs:

1/ AI knowledge

Here Brands define the ConvoBox knowledge perimeter by listing and maintaining the list of sources to train its AI.

This list is made of domains, URLs, PDF, doc or txt files. Its refreshment is either triggered or scheduled.

2/ AI restrictions

Here, brands ban topics they don’t want to answer for whatever reason. Ethics, legal, brand safety… for whatever reason.

If the user asks a question related to these restrictions, the ConvoBox will politely refocus the user on the purpose of the ConvoBox. Here too, this can be triggered or scheduled if any matter is added, modified or removed.

3/ Conversations UX

Here Brand set the User eXperience with questions and behaviors.

It can also define when to ask for an Explicit Consent and on what information.
